How long will it take to ship my order?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over AED 200 in the UAE with 2-3 days of delivery time. Otherwise shipping will be charged AED 30.

For other countries such as Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, and KSA free delivery is for orders over AED 300 otherwise shipping is chargeable and takes 4-7 days of delivery time.

Refuse Delivery

If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

Need help with a return?

We only accept returns for all products purchased from the www.dockatotmiddleeast.com online store within 7 days from the time of purchase. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED and in their original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached.

Please Note:

Opening a box to verify contents, size or colour does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all labels, original packaging and manual/instructions.All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.The original shipping charges are non-refundable.If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and can take up to 7 days.To arrange a return, kindly email dockatot.middleeast@kerma.ae

What is the warranty on my DockATot?

LIMITED WARRANTY ON DOCKATOT® PRODUCTS

Dockatot warrants all DockATot® products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you. Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. will make every effort to provide a replacement product of the same color as the original product, but at times may be unable to do so.

This limited warranty does NOT cover any damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by use inconsistent with the instructions and warnings. This warranty does not cover any DockATot® products that have been involved in an accident or fire, or that have been altered, repaired or otherwise modified by the consumer. This warranty does not cover stains, discoloration or shrinkage of the DockATot® components, including the cover, and does not cover products that have not been cared for in accordance with the instructions. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Wildchild Stockholm, Inc. may request proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to confirm ownership.

This limited warranty does NOT cover DockATot products purchased from unauthorized sellers. DockATot branded products must be purchased from an authorized retailer to be eligible for our limited warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOUND TO EXIST DESPITE THE FOREGOING LIMITATION, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last; therefore, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

THE CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED AS SPECIFIED HEREIN TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT OUR SOLE OPTION. IN ANY EVENT, RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, therefore, that limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

If you believe your DockATot® product is defective or requires repair, please contact us at the information below to obtain a return authorization. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy when you contact us. DockATot will then issue you a return authorization with specific instructions on returning the product or will ship replacement parts directly to you.

Where's my refund?

If you have returned your order and have tracking confirmation that it has been delivered, your refund should be processed within a week.  You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 7 working days for you to see your refund reflected on your account.
